Brown, Janice Marie of Gallatin, TN, passed away July 19, 2012 at the age of 62. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Michael Brown and is survived by her parents, Robert and Irene Lane; daughter, Lisa Milton Curtis; son, ChristopherHeather Carter; sister, MargieJames Ramsey; brother, Michael Lane; grandchildren, Austin Marybeth Curtis, Jaiden Carter, Lucas Carter; great-grandson, Henry James Curtis; nieces, Gayla Gosnell and TracieJoby Dendy; nephew, Hunter Ramsey; great nieces, Mallory Dendy and Avas Gosnell; great nephew, Jackson Dendy; special friend, Stacy Pete Grant. Janice was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an avid U.T. fan and was the kind of person who would stop to help anyone. Her family will recieve friends form 4 – 8 p.m. on Friday July 20 at Crestview Funeral Home and on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.. A Life Celebration Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday from the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with Bro. Doyle Farris officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of SRMC Laboratories. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers.
