Jesse L. Stevens, age 49 of Antioch, passed away at his residence on Sunday, May 21, 2017.

A native of Nashville, Jesse was the son of Morris Joseph Stevens and Mary Kathleen Vaughn Stevens.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Joseph Lynn Stevens and Morris John Thomas Stevens.

He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law: Terry and Ali S. Beki; 2 nephews: Ali John Beki and Yoseph Ali Beki; and a niece: Wendy Nicole Johnson. He is also survived by the love of his life: Michelle McKenzie. Their lifelong friendship began over 36 years ago.

Jesse will be remembered for his thoughtfulness of others. He was a dependable and helpful friend who cherished his family. Though his health would ultimately not allow, he dreamed of owning a Ford F-150. For as long as he was able, he held to that dream and worked toward it.

His family and friends will visit on Tuesday, May 23 from 2:00 until 8:00 PM, and again from 9:00 - 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with burial in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
