James Theodore O'Leary of Ringwood, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at the age of 92. Prior to his retirement, James founded and ran the operations of James O'Leary & Sons Home Improvements for over 50 years. James (known to his friends as "Big Jim") retired with his wife Joyce to Franklin, TN, in 2011.

James is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Joyce Krieger O'Leary, son Jeffrey and wife Laurie of Franklin, TN and son Jack and wife Gail of Mahwah, NJ. He was predeceased by his adored son James William in 2002. James is also survived by his loving grandchildren and their families: grandson Michael O'Leary and wife Meaghan and their children, Hayden and Harper, granddaughter Sarah Dow and husband Ace and their son Bentley and granddaughter Melanie Aron.
