Jimmy Thomas Carter, age 74 of Lyles, TN passed away at his home on November 29th, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Edith; brother Jesse, and son Johnny.
Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra Carter (Moore); his children, Jimmy (Autumn), Jason (Christie), Ashley Maddox (Josh) and Josh Carter, Shanon Irwin (Sydney). Also survived by 9 grandchildren, Jonathon and Judson Carter, Hailey, Lacey, Lane and Levi Carter and Kaylyn, Bristol and Adley Maddox. As well as a host of many extended family members.

A Life Celebration will be held 1pm, Wednesday, December 2nd at Fairfield Baptist Church in Centerville with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN , 37221, 615-646-9292, harpethhills.com
