DYCUS, Jip L. – Age 88, passed away November 13, 2012. Mr. Dycus was a WWII Veteran serving in the Navy and retiring after 31 years of service with the Greyhound Bus Company. He loved his classic car collection, riding horses, and fishing. Mr. Dycus is preceded in death by his loving wife, Louise Dycus and one sister, Iris Woodard. He is survived by his son, Roy Dycus Texas and daughter, Alessia Goacher Gerry; grandchildren, Ronald Roy Dycus, Debra Diane Striby, Gary R. Goacher, Jodi A. Sines, and 15 wonderful great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mr. Dycus will be on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation Wednesday, November 14th from 3 – 8 PM and 11 -1 PM Thursday prior to the service. Pall bearers will include John Woodard, Jerry Woodard, Frank Woodard, Horrace Lauper, Gary Goacher, and Steve Woodward. Honorary pall bearers will be Bill Rutledge and Don Wright. Interment will take place at Sunmer Memorial Gardens.
