John Taylor Caine - Age 23, of Nashville went home to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
John was a 2012 graduate of Father Ryan High School, where he excelled in academics, graduating with honors. He was also an athlete who gave his all to football, baseball and rugby while at Father Ryan. John is remembered by his family as a young man with an intelligent mind and a deep faith in Christ. He is remembered by his friends for his humor and loyalty. He will be greatly missed.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sarah and Jim Montague; paternal grandfather, Donald Caine; aunts, Cassie Browning, Sal Montague; uncle, Mike Montague. Survived by parents, Mary Montague Caine and Larry Caine; sister, Sarah Caine; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Caine; aunts, Chrise Stephens (Tommy), Sharon Dannenbring (Greg) and Sandra Krause (Brian); uncles, Jim Montague, Pete Montague, Mark Caine (Boni) and Cy Browning; numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Father Ryan High School Tuition Assistance Fund in memory of John Caine.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be held 1:00pm, Friday, July 28th at St. Henry Catholic Church 6401 Harding Pike Nashville, TN 37205 with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4:00pm - 7:00pm, Thursday with a Rosary at 6:30pm at the church.
