John Daniel Kilpatrick greeted this world on June 22, 1935. On February 9, 2016 he departed our world.

He is preceded in death by his father, Andy Kilpatrick, his mother Jessie Kilpatrick Hunter, and brothers, Billy Kilpatrick and Mack Kilpatrick.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Kay Baldwin Kilpatrick, his two sons John D. Kilpatrick Jr. (Cindy) and Mark Kilpatrick (Phyllis), daughter Nancy Kilpatrick Sullivan (Ed), step-daughter Katy McFarlin-Brimm (Derek), granddaughters Mattie Kilpatrick and Lexie Brimm, grandson Landon Brimm, two devoted brothers, Coy Kilpatrick (Eddie) and Gene Kilpatrick (Faye) and many family and friends, whom he met during his 39 years working at Ford Glass Plant and while serving over 60 years as a Shriner with the Masons.

There will be visitation on Wednesday, February 10, from 3:00 - 6:00 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A private Masonic Service will be held on Thursday at 12:00 Noon which will be immediately followed by a private graveside service. Pallbearers will be RC Hinson, Gary Wright, Junior Maddox, John Blade, Billy Frye, and Ken Walker.
