Survived by his wife of 46 years, Kay Stephens; sisters, Freida Alvarado and Susan Jerry DePriest; brothers, James Stephens and Steve Jeanie Stephens; sister-in-law, Darlene Ellis; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Dr. James Madden. A special thanks to Dr. Jeanne Ballinger, Dr. Les Porter and Alive Hospice Nurses Sarah Lancaster.
