Joyce Gibbs Thweatt of Nashville, Tennessee passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 02, 2018; she was 64 years old.
Mrs. Thweatt, a long-time employee of Bell South, took great interest in, and supported, her favorite organizations which included Friends of Cumberland Heights where she volunteered for 23 years, ALS, MDA, and Room at the Inn.
Mrs. Thweatt is survived by her husband of 34 years, Dennis Thweatt; daughter Candy Bailey; son Andrew Bailey(Leslie Glass Bailey); daughter Lindsey Thweatt; granddaughter Alexandra Bailey-Buckner; grandson William Jackson Lee; and brother William Gibbs.
Visitation for Mrs. Thweatt will be Saturday, August 4th from 4:00 thru 8:00 pm, and again Sunday from 2:00 thru 3:00 pm, with Funeral Services beginning at 3:00 pm. The family will have a private Entombment on Monday.
