Katherine M. Greer, age 75. She passed away in her sleep at home on September 25, 2019 in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. She was born on December 22, 1943 to Fred and Dot Taylor Fitzgerald in Knoxville, TN. June 2, 1968, she married Willie M. Greer in Nashville, Tennessee. Kathy enjoyed sewing, painting, cooking, and working in her garden and flower beds.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Greer; parents, Fred and Dot Fitzgerald; and brother, Dennis Fitzgerald.
Survivors include daughter, Donna Oliphant of Kingston Springs; son, Guy (Deborah) Richardson of Kingston Springs; grandchildren, Tausha Crane, Tabetha Bishop, Robbie Richardson, Misty Richardson, and Britney Ferguson; great grandchildren, Tyler and Jordan Bishop, Jalen, and Jeran Crane, Hailey, Trevor, Dalton, and Aubrey Richardson, Brailynn Oliphant; sister, Gerrie Knight; brothers, Paul, and Bill Fitzgerald; and many nieces and nephews.
Active pall bearers will be Rob Richardson, Tyler Bishop, Jeran Crane, Jordan Bishop, Brian Baskin, and Hunter Baskin.
Visitation will be Friday, September 27, 2019, 4:00 - 7:00, and Saturday, 12:00 - 1:00, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221.
