Kathryn McGahey - Age 88, of Fairview went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2018.

Ms. McGahey was first and foremost a Godly Christian woman. Next she would be described as a loving and serving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and homemaker. She could also be described as a positive, determined woman that loved to laugh. When not serving others she enjoyed fishing, watching and attending sports games, shopping, and most of all spending time with her family. She was member of Fairview Church of Christ and in recent years Five Points Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by her parents, Bessie and William Larkins; son, David McGahey; sisters, Doris Beard and Ruth Sullivan; brothers, Bill, Hicky and J.T. Larkins. Survived by her husband of 61 years, Wilburn B. McGahey; children, Phillip McGahey (Regina), Paul McGahey (Tammy) and Kathy McGahey; grandchildren, Tiffany, Michael, Bradley, John, Isaac, Corrie, Keegan and Justin; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Jones (Dudley).
