Kathy Ann Haney Age 59, of Fairview, passed away March 18, 2019 at her home.

A nice cold Coca-Cola (in a glass bottle of course), a popular pair of shoes and a great game of golf made for a pleasant day in her book. Sports were a big part of her life as she loved golf, bowling, and swimming, and she was good at all of them. When she wasn't playing hard in the bowling alley, she was working hard planting roses and other plants that inspired her garden.

She was a very hard worker and when she took time to relax, going to the beach was her favorite, but she also liked to see a good movie or musical. Many times, you could find her in the kitchen cooking and singing to any one of her favorite music groups such as Fleetwood Mac, The Carpenters, Garth Brooks or Simon & Garfunkel. She could be stubborn and sassy, but she was honest and very loving.

She was very much inspired by her parents to be the hardworking, kind, and loving woman that she grew to be. She loved to spend time with her family, especially during Thanksgiving, Christmas and the Fourth of July. She was a loving and caring wife who thought the world of her husband. Her children and grandchildren brought her much joy and happiness and she loved them all very much.

Preceded in death by her mother, Helen G. Turman. Survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Randy Haney; children, Brandi Carter (Michael), Lora Owens (Ricky), Chris Haney (Sheree) and Tucker Greene (Heath); 12 grandchildren; father, Lonnie B. M. Turman; brother, David D. Turman; several extended family and friends.

A Life Celebration will be 2:00pm, Friday March 22. Visitation will be 11:00am-2:00pm, Friday at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, 615-646-9292, harpethhills.com
