Kenneth Ewing Jacobs

Kenneth E. Jacobs, born August 5, 1932, at age 91, of Portland, TN passed away on May 29th. He is preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Jacobs, wife Elaine Jacobs, father Ewing Edgar Jacobs, Mother Ida Virginia Elliott, 5 brothers: Raymond, James, W.P., Aubrey, and JC, 3 sisters: Mary, Louise, and Cathrine, and daughter Sharon Crossman. He is survived by two children Karen Chapman & Lewis Saettel, a granddaughter Angela Range, and a great-granddaughter Katelyn Burns.  

He was an Army PFC, an excellent Butcher, and a Goodwill worker post-retirement. He lived in Nashville, TN where he enjoyed spending time with his church family at Faith Freewill Baptist, playing guitar, singing, and most of all fishing in his free time.  

Our family is grateful to know that Kenny is finally at peace. 

Services will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cremation Center: 9090 TN-100 Nashville, TN 37221.   

Visitation: 9:30 am 

Service 1:30 pm 

Burial: 2:30 pm
