Kenneth O. Lampley, age 94 of Fairview, TN went home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2015.

Kenneth was born in Fairview, TN on November 1, 1920 to the late Arch & Cora Dell Lampley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Clyde D. Lampley.

Survivors include his devoted wife of 70 years, Theresa Lampley; children, Wayne Lampley, Gordon (Susan) Lampley, Brenda (Ronnie) Plunkett & Jeff (Rose) Lampley; brothers and sisters, Edith Robertson, James (Brenda) Lampley, Ruth (Jimmy) Kelley, Eleanor Galbraith, Don (Carolyn) Lampley & Jerry Lampley; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren & 26 nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Kenneth's life will be conducted on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 11:00 am with an hour visitation prior to service.

The family wishes to express deep gratitude for the loving care provided by; Christy Atkinson, Chanda Givens, Tonya Williams, Krista Mangrum, Dr. Bob Berkompas, Sarah Lancaster, Dahl Johnson, Pat Weber & Amy Stapleton.
