Kinley H. Mangrum

Kinley Hooper Mangrum: Born November 6, 1937 in Fairview, Tennessee; passed away October 16, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee. Preceded in death by his parents Ed Mangrum and Gladys Tidwell Hayden; sons David Mangrum and James Mangrum; granddaughter Amanda Mangrum Demonbreun; sisters Elizabeth Mangrum King Raines, Thelma Mangrum Forrest.

Survived by his wife of 63 years, Brenice Gordon Mangrum; son Donnie Mangrum (Paula); grandchildren Brian Mangrum (Chelsea), James Mangrum (Deborah), Heather Mangrum (Joshua Perez), Matthew Mangrum, and Katie Mangrum; sister Carolyn Mangrum LeMay (John); 4 great-grandchildren Taylor, Christopher, Aria, and Joseph; daughter-in-law Vickie Mangrum.

Kinley was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a member of 49th Avenue Church of Christ for many years. Kinley enjoyed taking walks, being outside, and collecting coins. Most of all he liked helping others and spending time with his family.

There will be visitation Friday, October 21, 2022 from 11:00am ~ 1:00pm with a Celebration of Life at 1:00pm; the burial will follow all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100 Nashville TN 37221.

Pallbearers will include Brian Mangrum, James Mangrum, Matthew Mangrum, Joshua Perez. Honorary pallbearers will be Heather Mangrum and Katie Mangrum.
