Preceded in death by her husband, Leo Barnes; son, Wayne Barnes; grandson, Michael Barnes; great-grandson, Christopher Barnes. Survived by daughter, Carolyn Barnes; daughter-in-law, Judy Barnes; grandchildren, Elaine Barnes, Lisa Watts, Larry Barnes Julie, Lori Yount Bruce, Chuck Barnes Michelle, Chris Barnes, Sarah Christopher Jacob; great- Cookie grandmother to great-grandchildren, Wayne Kara, Joe , Ashley, Allen, Beth, Chaz, Lauren, Briella, Larry, Caitie, Alyssa, Hailey, Calin, Caton, Madeline; great-great granddaughter, Anna Barnes; sisters, Lorene Bell, Emma Dee Jackson; brother, Elmer Sullivan; nieces and nephews. The service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
