Larisa Kushmanyan, born on Wednesday January 28, 1942 in Baku, Azerbaijan, passed away on Thursday November 21, 2019 in Nashville, TN. She was 77 years old.

Larisa is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Vlad Kushmanyan; daughter Elina Simonian (Ruben Saroukhanian); son Alexander Kushmanyan (Julia Hachaturian); and her grandson Maximillian Kushmanyan.

A devoted wife and dedicated mother, Larisa felt that family was most important in life. Though she answered a calling early on to a career in nursing, her main priority in life was to serve her family and her faith. The duties of a wife and mother brought her much joy and satisfaction. Larisa held her morals very high and she raised her children to the same standards. She had traditional ways and was very giving of her time to her friends and community, always ready to offer her support where needed. Larisa was beautiful and vibrant with a smile that could warm even a stranger's heart. She will be missed dearly by her family, relatives and friends.

A visitation for Mrs. Larisa Kushmanyan will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville, TN 37221 beginning on Monday November 25, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with Funeral Services beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. A reception for family and friends will be held at the Harpeth Hills Pavilion from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
