Larry E. Matlock

Larry Edward Matlock age 75, passed away on January 6, 2023. Preceded in death by his parents John “Jake” E. and Mary Belle Matlock, twin brother, Harry Matlock, sister-in-law, Betty Sue and dog, Jake.

Survived by his brothers, John R. (Sandra) Matlock, Donald (Brenda) Matlock, Rodger (Claire) Matlock, Ricky (Kim) Matlock, and Randy Matlock, numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Larry was a great brother and friend. He never liked to sit still and worked hard his whole life. He loved cutting firewood with his log splitter, watching wrestling, and cutting his grass. He had a green thumb and grew an amazing vegetable garden. He enjoyed being outside in his garden and riding his four-wheeler.

There will be visitation Monday, January 9, 2023 from 11:30am – 1:30pm with a Celebration of Life at 1:30pm all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Highway 100 Nashville TN 37221.
