TAYLOR, Linda Berniece Sullivan Age 69 of Fairview, passed from this life on September 1, 2015. Preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Taylor, parents Lloyd Bernice and Margaret Sullivan, and son-in-law, Robert Green. Two children, Travis (Donna) Taylor of Nashville, and Sheila Green of Fairview, sister Donna (Rickey) Bowen of Portland and brother Benny (Kim) Sullivan of Fairview. She was most proud of her seven grandchildren, Josh Green, Jesse Taylor, Ashlee Taylor, Hunter Taylor, Zebe Green, Miley Green, and Leo Barrett Bates.
A 1963 graduate of Fairview High School, she retired from France Mfg. in 1999 she has since worked as a cashier at the Fairview Carwash and always enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren attending sporting events and music venues where they are involved. She often said that her greatest accomplishment in life was her family. She was a member of the Fernvale Church of Christ.
The funeral service will be Saturday, September 5th at 11:30 a.m., at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, with Travis Taylor officiating. Pallbearers will be grandchildren and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations be made to: St. Thomas Health Foundation, 4220 Harding Rd., Nashville, TN 37205. Donations will be made in memory of Linda Taylor to benefit the Daughters of Charity. Interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 Hwy. 100, Nashville, TN 615-646-9292.
