Lizzie "Julie" Buchanan Roberts, age 93 of Nashville, TN went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 25, 2016.
Julie was born in Wayne Co., TN on November 13, 1922, daughter to the late John & Mary Buchanan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Roberts Sr.; Children, Homer Roberts Jr, Mary A Goodman; grandchildren, Homer Roberts III & Lynn Huffman.
Survivors include her loving children, Frances (Ben) Hartman & Rose Moore; 1 brother & a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A celebration of Julie's life will be conducted on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 12:00 pm with a visitation starting at 10:00 am.
