Lori Ann Creque, age 55 of Kingston Springs, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 31, 2015.

Lori was born in Nashville, TN on November 14, 1959, daughter to the late Ulmon & Addie Creque.

She was preceded in death by her brother, David Creque.

Survivors include her children Robert Balthrop (Nicole), Crystal Cothern & Brittany Vanwagoner (Matthew Dix); siblings, Thomas Creque, Tammy Garlick & Larry Creque; 9 grandchildren & multiple nieces & nephews.

Funeral service will be private.
