Louise Phillips Borowski, a resident of Brentwood, TN, passed away on September 13, 2014, at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob Borowski and by her daughter, Marion Miniaci.

She is survived by her son, Charles Borowski of Brentwood, TN, her grandchildren, Tim Borowski of Nashville, TN, and Kye Borowski and Evan Borowski of Brentwood, TN. She is also survived by her beloved daughter-in-law, Sherri Borowski of Brentwood and her beloved son-in-law, James Miniaci of Bradenton, FL.

Louise was an accomplished artist whose work won numerous awards. After living and working on the East coast with her husband, Bob, for many years, they retired and moved to Nashville in 1981. They enjoyed spending time with family members, and traveled extensively after their retirement.

The Borowski family would like to thank all of the Staff and Friends at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living, NHC Franklin, and Dr. Doug Holliday for their years of caring and compassionate service. The Borowski family is also grateful for the care and concern shared by the wonderful staff at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Louise's final days.

Louise requested that there be no public memorial service, but asked that friends and family honor her life by celebrating the blessing of family and loved ones. Final arrangements will be made by Harpeth Hills Funeral Home in Nashville, TN.
