Louise Goodman, age 84, went to be with her heavenly father Tuesday, February 12, 2019. She was born February 3, 1935 in Camden, TN to the late Chester and Mary Elizabeth Markham. Louise is also preceded in death by her husband, Jim Goodman.

She was a longtime member of Bellevue Baptist Church and an active member of the YMCA. Louise loved cross stitching, being outdoors, line dancing and mowing her grass. Her family fondly remembers her as "our angel on earth".

Louise is survived by her children, Todd Goodman, Gary Goodman (Marla) and Pam Hargis (Barry); grandchildren, Rachel Hargis Lester (Josh), Amy Hargis Hendrix (Justin), Brian Hargis, Lucy Goodman, and Grady Goodman; great grandchildren, Grace Hendrix, Grant Hendrix, Kate Lester and Luke Lester; sister, Marie Chester (Wayne); and special niece, Martha Ann Holland.

The family will receive friends from 12-2:30 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A life celebration service will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel with Brother Mike Shelton Officiating. Interment will follow in the garden of the Last Supper of Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
