Survived by husband, Goodloe S. Chaffin who she married on April 9, 1949; children, Dr. Summers Chaffin Nancy, Robert Davis Chaffin Margot, Ann Susan Bledsoe David, Patricia Lynn Hofstetter William, Mary Beth Johnson Randall and William R. Chaffin Leslie; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchilren. The life celebration service will be at 11am on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
