Lynn Yeargin Higginbotham age 69, passed away on January 13, 2021. She is preceded in death by her son, William Gene "Billy" Tarpley, brother, Randy Yeargin. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Jeff Higginbotham, daughter, Terri (Robert) Haviland, grandson, Cody (Samantha) Haviland, siblings, Diane (Gabe) Fisher, David (P.J.) Yeargin, Bruce (Linda) Yeargin and Martine Yeargin.
Lynn was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who never met a stranger and loved to tell stories, especially about her husband Jeff. She also enjoyed traveling. One of her favorite places to visit was Yellowstone National Park. She enjoyed westerns and Hallmark movies. Lynn graduated with honors from Cohn High School. She inspired others every day to strive to be their best.
Due to COVID-19 there will be a private family Celebration of Life service at 12 PM on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested to plant a tree in the memory of Lynn Higginbotham at Trees for a Change www.treesforachange.com or St. Jude Children's Children Research Hospital.
