Maggie Yvonne Goad age 80, born November 28, 1942 passed away on December 3, 2022. Preceded in death by her loving husband George William “Moe” Goad, Sr, parents,William and Maggie Mangrum and son in law Jimmy Moore.
Survived by children, Angela Oliphant, George Goad Jr., Joanna Moore, Timothy (Amy) Goad; 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 brothers.
Yvonne was a loving mother and grandmother. She always put others first and was strong, loving, and kind. She had a passion for cooking, sewing, and gardening. She loved her flowers. Yvonne enjoyed spending time with her children especially her grandchildren.
There will be visitation Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 4:00pm- 8:00pm and Thursday, December 8, from 11:00am – 1:00pm with a Celebration of Life at 1:00pm and burial to follow all at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 HWY 100, 615 646-9292.
