Margie Lee Smith, age 69 of Nashville, TN went home to be with the Lord on October 27, 2014.

Margie was born in Fairview, TN on February 27, 1945 to the late Elton & Mary Lampley.

Mrs. Smith was a member of Riverwood Church of Christ.

Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, Jimmy Smith; daughter, Donna (Rick) Collins, three sisters, Barbara Ann Archey, Claudia (Thomas) Davidson & Ann Parkhurst; one brother, Michael Lampley; 2 grandchildren, Kimberly Collins & Jason (Ashley Byers) Collins; and a host of devoted nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Margie's life will be conducted on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 10:00 am with an hour visitation prior to service.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in loving memory of Margie Lee Smith.
