Marie Azbill

Mrs. Lizzie Marie Azbill age 89, Old Hickory, TN. passed away at her home on April 19, 2023, with her family by her side.

Marie was born in Lexington, TN. on July 27, 1933, to the late Leslie Clifford Wooley and Ora Dallas Woods Wooley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Azbill, son, Jimmy Lee Azbill and great granddaughter, Kelsey Taylor March. Marie loved children and was a good mother to all of them. She was a country girl at heart that liked her jewelry and to stay fit by walking seven miles a day. She enjoyed raising a garden and canning vegetables.

Survivors include her son, Jackie Wayne Azbill, three granddaughters, Leticia Faye Azbill, Corrie Azbill March and Megan Nicole Azbill, six great grandchildren, Kristin Stithem, William Stithem, Jackson Stithem, March Marcus, Jr., Grayson March and Christian Brito, five great great grandchildren, Adalynn Stithem, Adecus Stithem, Colson Stithem, Eli Adkins and Klayton Thompson, sister, Mayrene Quinn, brother, Bobby Wooley and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 11:00 am until service time at 1:30 pm. All services will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN. 37221.
