Martha Elizabeth Stuart, age 83 of Nashville, TN went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 10, 2014
Martha was born in Pegram, TN on June 9, 1930 to the late Clarence and Ovie Greer.
Martha was a member of Charlotte Heights Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Benjamin F. Stuart.
Survivors include her four daughters; Janice (William) Scott, Terry (Charles) Bates, Anna Cheek, Lou Ella Stuart, brothers and sisters; Ovia Lee Deal, John J. Greer, Frank W. Greer, and Frances A. Ketchum, grandsons; William Scott and Paul Whitman, granddaughters; Janice Duncan, Heather Newbern, Kathryn Bates and Nicole Cheek, great grandchildren; Reagan Scott, Zachary Scott, Haley Beasley, Ellie Duncan and Davinah Duncan.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Monday, April 14, 2014 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Martha's life will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 am with Brother Clifford Dobbs officiating.
Nephews and family friends will serve as pallbearers.
