Mary Lou Mangrum was born on November 4, 1956 and was a lifelong resident of Kingston Springs, Tennessee.
Mary Lou is preceded in death by her father, Howard C Ivey; mother, Virgie L Ivey; and husband, Albert Mangrum.
She was a member of Kingston Springs Church of Christ.
Mary Lou was a soft-spoken soul with a love for her many pets throughout her life. She loved watching birds and wildlife outside in her yard. She was a kind and giving person with a good heart.
Mary Lou loved Elvis Presley, country music, and General Hospital, the soap opra.
It never failed that family would receive a birthday card from her every year. Mary Lou believed in taking pictures and thank goodness she did.
She was an avid reader who has read thousands of books and magazines over the years. She always wanted to go home to her little house, but it wasn’t meant to be. She is now at home and in peace with our Lord.
Mary Lou loved receiving flowers, but requested that instead of flowers, please make donations to Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue in Cheatham County.
