TAYLOR, Mary R. –Age 95 years, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012, at Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. She is preceded in death by husband, Donald A. Taylor, parents, John Roberts, Sr., and Mollie Duggin Roberts; siblings, John Roberts, Jr., Thomas Roberts, David Roberts, Eunice Roberts Pitt, and Paul Roberts. Survived by children, Marcia Taylor Thomas Wainman, and Dianne Taylor Jack Evans; grandchildren, Christine Wainman Scott Armes, Todd Melissa Wainman, and Joshua Evans; great grandchildren, Donielle Armes, Liane Armes, Timothy Wainman, and Asher Wainman; niece, Tommy Sue Bedford, nephews, Larry Roberts, Tommy Roberts, and Herb Roberts; special friends the Neely families and the Todd families. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, August, 1, 2012, at 12 noon at the West Harpeth Funeral Home with Chaplain Todd Wainman , Dr. Jon Roebuck, Reverend Richard Dickerson, and Reverend Jack Evans officiating. Interment will be in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Active Pallbearers: Joshua Evans, Scott Armes, Herb Roberts, Tommy Roberts, Jeff Castleberry, David Todd, Kenny Todd, and Tyler Bond; honorary pallbearers: Golden Rule Sunday School Class, JOY Choir, Steve Neely, Carlton Carter, Elmo Mercer, and Larry Roberts. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Guardian Hospice, Woodmont Baptist Church Library or Ebenezer Baptist Church Building Fund.
