Michael Vaught

Michael Fred Vaught of Nashville, TN age 67, passed away on February 17, 2023.

Mike is preceded in death by parents Frank and Joanna Vaught; sister Karen Vaught and stepbrother, Joe Vaught.

Survived by loving wife and soul mate Charlotte Shafor; sister-in-law, Martha Weber (Bob) and nephews, Allen and Eric Weber, brother Anthony Vaught and stepbrother Patrick Vaught.

Mike grew up in Orlando, FL and graduated from Bishop Moore High School. He started working with CSX Railroad in 1979 in Ashland, KY and had a fulfilling career. He worked hard and was proud of his 37 years of service with the company.

He loved classic rock music and golfing but most of all spending time with his family. He loved going to Titans football games and cheering on the home team as well as getting together with friends prior to the games.

There will be a private service held at a later date.
