Michelle Darlene Murphy

Michelle Darlene Murphy passed away at the age of 51 on April 22, 2024 at her home in Lavergne, Tennessee. Michelle was born on October 5, 1972 in Nashville, Tennessee.  

She was preceded in death by her parents Herschel Lawrence Murphy Jr., and Patricia Wynne Murphy.  

Michelle is survived by her siblings Greg Murphy, Jill Edmondson (Billy), Jimmy Murphy (Katie), Aunt-Patricia Schaedler, Nieces-Kayla (Riley), Shelby, and Great Niece Emersyn. 

She graduated from John Overton High School in 1990 and attended Columbia State Community College. Michelle played Volleyball and Soft Ball while attending school. She was an avid fan of Vanderbilt Football and the Tennessee Titans.

Michelle was most happy when surrounded by family and friends, and she treasured her time with them.

You will be forever in our hearts, and we will miss you dearly until we are reunited again.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 16th from 2:00pm - 3:00pm with service at 3:00pm at New Hope Community Church Cafe located on 605 Wilson Pike Brentwood, TN 37027
