DELK, Mildred Louise Young – Age 78 of Nashville, TN passed away January 24, 2013. She was an active member of the Donelson Red Hats, member and past Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, Past President of Lakeside Garden Club. She never met a stranger and will be missed by those who knew and loved her. Mrs. Delk is survived by her daughters Carolyn Young Breeding Donald, Karen Young Hale Mike; grandsons, Christopher Ryan Jones and Ralph Clayton Jones; brothers Jerry Sitton Sybil and Douglas Sitton Diane; sister-in-law, Ann Puckett Sitton. She is preceded in death by her parents, Louise and Frank Sitton; brother, Lamar Sitton; son, William Sterra Young, III "Trey" and her late husband Paul Delk of Donelson, TN. Visitation will be at Hendersonville Funeral Home 353 Johnny Cash Pkwy. Hendersonville, TN on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. and Monday from 12 – 1 p.m. with the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Pallbearers will include grandsons, Chris and Clayton Jones; nephews, Brian and Greg Sitton; and great- nephews, Whitt and Cole Sitton.
