Mildred Loraine Hickman, age 100 of Nashville, TN went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 2, 2017.

Loraine was born in Baxter, TN on December 11, 1916, daughter to the late, Oaf & Ova Simpson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hickman; sister, Helen King; brothers, Robert & Buford Simpson.

Survivors include her daughter, Tish (Patrick) Owen; brother-in-law, Thomas King; grandchildren, Michelle (Barry) Archer, Tanya Gattis (Eric Romberg), Franklin (Nakaya Box) Gattis; great grandchildren, Sydney Archer, Lili Romberg, Kaiser Romberg, Keller Romberg & Acel Romberg, along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews; great-great nephews & great-great nieces.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Loraine's life will be conducted on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 1:30 pm with an hour visitation prior to service.
