Llewellyn, Mindy Ray- born in Hawaii on July 22, 1995 and died on May 14, 2012. Survived by parents, Larry and Suzan Bachuss and Kim Merritt and Terry Llewellyn; grandmother, Dovie Llewellyn; sisters, Tiffany Llewellyn and Belinda Jeremy Jolly, Christine Doza; brother James Doza; aunts, Barbie Gary Pinson, Nancy Don Aubuchou, Billie Llewellyn; cousins, Michele Thiel, Tisha Matt Ferguson, Denise Craig Stellhorn, Joe Sanfilipo, Gene Worley and Kyle Worley; and numerous friends. Mindy began playing golf when she was 5, and won her championship division 3 times, holds the low round record of 68 in the division, and won many TJGA and USJG tournaments. She loved her family and friends and was much loved. She will be greatly missed. A life celebration service will be held at10 am on Saturday, May 19 at Pegram Church of Christ, 5019 Walkup Road, Pegram, 37143.
