Morris "Bud" Aaron Webb, passed away on December 19, 2023. Born on August 29, 1938, in Jemison, Alabama, Bud lived a remarkable life filled with passion, perseverance, and an unwavering love for his family.
Preceded in death by sister Carole Salter and brother Bobby Webb.
Bud is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Eddie Webb; children, Perry Aaron Webb and Rhonda Renea Webb; grandchild, Kaitlyn (Jonathan) Hollowell; great grandchildren, Tyler Hollowell, Avery Hollowell, Kinlee Hollowell; sisters, Ann (Earl) Gilliland and Linda Jones as well as numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones.
Bud's journey began in Jemison, Alabama where he grew up on a farm. He graduated from Jemison High School. After graduating, he embarked on a career at L&N Railroad where he worked for 13 years. Bud then started a railroad construction company that he ran and operated for 32 years.
Bud loved to compete with his cutting horses and was very proud of the horses that he bred. He also enjoyed flying his planes and had numerous pilot licenses. Bud was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday, December 29, from 9:30am until 11:30am with a Celebration of Life at 11:30am the burial will immediately follow all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Highway 100 Nashville, TN 37221
