Nancy Louise Clem, age 79, passed away surrounded by her loving family on November 25, 2020. She was born May 26, 1941, in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Joseph Lewis Miles and Elsie Peach Miles. She grew up in Bellevue with her 4 sisters and 2 brothers. A deep sense of family was instilled in her by her mother and was carried on in her family.
Nancy was full of life. She welcomed everyone with open arms. Her hobbies were fishing, ceramics, country music, dancing, and staying up late watching ghost stories or crime shows and eating sweets. She was a huge NASCAR / Rusty Wallace fan. She liked going to Mule Day in Columbia, going to the fairgrounds to watch the races, and watching her children and grandchildren play sports. Her greatest passion was cooking. She loved to cook for the masses and fill her home with her family and friends whenever possible. She loved holidays and provided a feast for each one. Her favorite was Christmas. Nancy always put the needs of others before herself
Nancy will always be remembered for her contagious laugh, selflessness and deep love for her family. Preceded in death by husband Wilson Clifton Clem and son Michael Clifton Clem. Survived by daughter Donna Gail; sons Timothy O'Neil (Tina), Devin Ray (Carrie); grandchildren Nancy LaShele, Rhonda Gail (Brian) Mahoney, Chelsea O'Neil and Austin Timothy Clem, Kayla Marie, Christopher Wilson and Chad Michael Clem; great-grandchildren Cody Patrick and Cason Wayne Mahoney, Rowan Alexander Clem.
Visitation Wednesday, December 2nd, 4-8pm and Thursday, December 3rd at 12-1pm with service to follow at 1pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home
