Nancy E. Hutcherson

Nancy Hutcherson of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 81. She was born on September 28, 1942, to Morris and Katherine Hightower.

She enjoyed painting, gardening, music, and animals. She was of the Christian faith.

Nancy graduated from Hillsboro High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Arlene White.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her family and loving husband of 41 years, John R. Hutcherson. Nancy is also survived by their only daughter, Deborah Evans Davis (Will); grandchildren, Nicholas Burnley (Morgan), John Burnley (Whitney), and Katie Davis; and great-grandchildren, Harper Burnley and David Burnley.

Visitation for Nancy will be from 4:00pm until 7:00pm on Sunday, February 18, 2024,  and Monday, February 19, 2024  from 9:30am until the Funeral Service at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Service will be in the chapel of Harpeth Hills with Pastor John Ragsdale officiating on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 11:30am with burial to follow. A Celebration of Life will follow the burial in the pavilion of Harpeth Hills from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue in Nancy’s honor.

Pallbearers include: Will Davis, Nick Burnley, John Burnley, Matthew Gibson, Eric Stone, and Randy Emerson.
