Neely Harvel Overby, age 75 of Fairview, TN went home to be with his Lord on June 6, 2015.

Harvel was born in Fairview, TN on July 7, 1939 to the late James & Nellie Overby.

Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Peggy Overby; children, Tammy Dructor, Tracey (Michael) Brueggeman, Thomas Overby & Timothy Overby; brothers, Demmie (Vanna) Overby & James "Buck" (Kathy) Overby; 8 grandchildren, Caroline (Brandon) Banes, Jake (Toni) Tucker, Joshua (Autumn) Tucker, Isaiah Dructor, Rachel Brooks, Hunter Brooks, Carmen (Scott) Willey & Haley Overby; 2 great grandchildren, Keeton Tucker & Estelle Willey.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Harvel's life will be conducted on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 11:00 am with an hour visitation prior to service.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society in loving memory of Harvel Overby.
