Preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Annie Malone; beloved brothers, Charles Malone, Richard Malone and Dennis Malone; beloved sisters, Irene Malone and Ruth Spann.

She is survived by her children, Wanda Rogers (Elgin), James Hewgley, Sharon Andrews (Ken) and Sandra Purcell; five grandchildren (four spouses), 15 great-grandchildren; one great great-granddaughter; beloved sisters, Oakleane McCord, Sara Hafner and Martha Ramsey; a host of nieces and nephews.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was also a fantastic mother-in-law. She loved her family, QVC, old time country music, Cracker Barrel and going on cruises. Her favorite place to travel was Hawaii. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and was known as "Princess Nellie".

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 and Wednesday, 9-10 a.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 10 a.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
