Norman Lee Vaughn, age 53 of Nashville, passed away October 30, 2017 at his residence.

Born December 19, 1963 in Columbia, TN, he was the son of the late Robert Eugene Vaughn and Margie Dunn Vaughn.

Lee, as his family and friends knew him, was a 1982 graduate of Columbia Academy in Columbia, TN and attended David Lipscomb College. He was employed by Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Athletic most of his life, he loved baseball, football and golf.

Norman is survived by his sister: Robin Vaughn of Richmond, VA; brother and sister-in-law: Chuck & Tia Vaughn of Nashville; nieces and nephews: Dusty (Lisa) Vaughn, Portia Cox, Daniel Sharps (Cassie Boggs), Joanna (Fletcher) Metz and Matthew Sharps; and great-nieces and great-nephews: Kara Vaughn, Kevin Vaughn, Mara Sharps, Alice Sharps, Lydia Sharps, Elena Metz and Tamsin Metz.

His family will gather to celebrate his life with a visitation on Saturday, November 4 at the Pavilion at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A service will be officiated by Bro. John Vaughan at 1:00 p.m. at the Pavilion at Harpeth Hills. Burial will be a private family event.
