Patricia Ann Frazier Neely (Pat), Age 79, of Nashville TN, passed away February 16, 2018.
Pat was a creative, outgoing, and nurturing woman. She enjoyed collecting rocks & crystals, gardening with flowers, studying about Indians, caring for and loving on all the animals that she has had over the years, and most of all spending time with her granddaughters. Pat always had a smile on her face and something positive to say no matter the situation. She was a woman with a heart to serve others who will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Melvin Neely; son, Roy Scott Neely; parents, Etha Tom Jordan Frazier and William Paul Frazier; sister, Elvana Russell. Survived by her son, Charles Neely; grandchildren, Summer Neely & Chelsi Neely; great-grandchild, Adelyn Neely.
