Patricia Lauren Newsome

Patricia Lauren Newsome, 43, passed peacefully and surrounded by family on October 29, 2023. She was born September 29, 1980 in Brewton, AL, the daughter of a well regarded physician and a devoted mother. She was dedicated to continually educating herself, ultimately receiving her Law degree from Nashville School of Law. No matter where she went, she made friends, many of them lifelong, and she was always making sure people were brought together. No matter the time, she was always ready to fill up a plate and pour you a drink, many memories were made over a table as she loved to entertain and nourish people. She had many passions in life, but her love of horses and corgi's stood out, winning awards at shows all over. 

 

She is preceded in death by her father H. Clay Newsome III, MD. She is survived by her mother Lou Anne "Lulu" Lee Newsome; sister M. Jennifer Tatum (Kevin); brothers H. Clay Newsome IV (Shayne) and Patrick H. Newsome Olson (Carrie). 

We will all miss her dearly, and be thankful for the time that we had.

 

Her burial service will be an intimate affair for close friends and family at Harpeth Hills Memory Garden, viewing to be on the 11th of November2023 at 10:30am with the burial following at 12:30pm. A celebration of life at a later date for everyone to gather and share their beloved memories.
