Patricia Ann Sullivan- Age 61. She passed away peacefully on Monday morning, surrounded by her family on March 2, 2020 at St. Thomas West Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Andy Sullivan; daughters, Dana Burton (Rob) and Lori Ann Sullivan; son, A.J. Sullivan (Fiance, McKinnley Fleming); grandchildren, Kallie, Trey, Leah and Sarah.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2020 and 10-11:30 a.m. on Friday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:30 a.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
