Survivors include her daughter, Leilani Noemi Alvizo, father, Jose Alfredo Alvizo Sifuentes, stepmother, Marisol Alvizo, mother, Veronica Ramirez, siblings, Veronica Romelia Alvizo, Jose Alfredo Alviso, Jr., Ana Gabriela Alvizo, Jazmine Jacqueline Vallejo, Keila Noemi Vallejo and Jesus Adrian Ramirez.

Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm and on Thursday, February 10, 2022, 9:00 am until service time at 10:00 am with all services held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN. 37221
