Pat was born October 14, 1955 in Covina, CA. He was recieved in Heaven on October 14, 2012. He lived in California from birth until 1994. Then, he and his family moved to Tennessee. While in CA, he was a big rig tow truck driver and a member of the United States Navy. He met and married his wife Julie in 1984. After moving, he became employed by Fleming Foods driving for USF Logistics. This is now known as AWG Foods with his truck leased to Great-Wide. He was foster father to many children and grandfather to their children. Many children passed through their house whom he loved and kept in touch with. He was a member at Rehobeth Methodist Church for many years. He is preceded in death by father Jerry L McDaniel. He is survived by his loving wife Julie Ann Haley McDaniel of Gallatin; mother and step father Jo and Tom Anderson of Decatur, TX; sister Shawna McDaniel of West Springfield, MA; sons Joshua Haley Jamie of Bethpage, Donnie Twyla , Justin, Adam, and Gage of Gallatin; daughters Gennifer Michael Navel of Hendersonville and Jenna of Gallatin. He is survived by grandchildren Trevor Harper, David Brewer and Will Navel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws; as well as many "adopted" children and grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at Capital Bank 710 Nashville Pike Gallatin, TN 37066. All donations will need to be made payable to Julie McDaniel Memorial Fund for Pat McDaniel. Sevices will be held at Gallatin Cares Worship Center 241 W. Eastland St Gallatin, TN 37066. The family will have visitation Saturday from 2-4 pm with a memorial service immediately following.
