Paul Wesley Ligon Jr., 83 of Pegram, TN passed away peacefully on June 30, 2020 after a brief (non-COVID) illness.
He was a devoted husband of 62 years. After serving in the Air National Guard, Dickey worked in leadership positions for Holder and Northern Lumber Company and Bruce Hardwood Flooring. He retired from Madison Mill in Nashville. A godly man with a servant heart, he was a blessing to all who knew him. He was a very active leader in the Boy Scouts of America for many years. He was actively serving in God's Kingdom at Western Hills Church of Christ and was an elder for 20 years.
Survived by his children, Pat (Steve) Roberts, Wesley (Lori) Ligon, David Ligon, & Tammy Curtis; grandchildren, Wes (Shannon) Curtis, Vince (Samantha) Curtis, Aaron Curtis, Susan Roberts, Brad (Zoe) Roberts, Kaleigh (Seth) Sabin, and McKenna Ligon; great grandchildren, Heidi, Layla and Owen Curtis and Beau Roberts; siblings, Trudy Wilson and Sister Joan Marie Ligon, and many cherished nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife Virginia Poole Ligon, parents Paul W. Ligon Sr. and Susan Mamie Ligon, sister Gaynell Cart, and brother William Lee Ligon.

A Graveside service will be 11:00am, Monday July 6th at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens followed by a celebration of life at 1:00pm, at Western Hills Church of Christ.
