Paul "P.Q." Quarles age 76 of Pegram passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019. He was born April 16, 1943 in Selma, Alabama to the late Howard and Ella Quarles. Paul is also preceded in death by five siblings.

Paul served his country in the United States Air Force and later retired from Nashville Electric Service after 33 years of faithful service as a lineman. He enjoyed the outdoors, mostly hunting and fishing. Paul's favorite pastime was hanging out with his buddies at Finch's Country Store.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years and the love of his life, Ellen Fite Quarles; daughter, Brandy Quarles Miniat; son, Russell Quarles; grandchildren, Weslea Miniat, Olivia Miniat, and William Miniat; brother, Eugene Quarles (Jane); his yellow lab, Hollie; and a host of nephews and nieces;

The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will be held in the chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home Thursday, November 7, 2019. Interment will follow in the Garden of the Cross of Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
