Regina Dean Shelton- Age 69, was born on September 25, 1949 and departed on December 21, 2018 peacefully in her home at the age of 69. She resided the majority of her life in Fairview surrounded by a very large family. Many uncles, aunts and many cousins of whom she considered some of her closest friends. She was a loving daughter and beloved sister and a friend to many. She was Aunt Gina to several close nieces and nephews. Regina was a devoted wife to Adrian for over 44 happy years.

Of her successes in life including real estate and mortgage industry, she liked home the best. She was mama to Amber and Ashley "my girls" and loved them and her sons-in-law dearly. She was especially proud of her five grandchildren who affectionately called her Nana and NeNe.

Mrs. Shelton was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Durene Carter Kennedy and her father, Calvin Horton Kennedy.

She is survived by her husband, Adrian Shelton; daughters, Amber (Lee) Davis of Fairview, TN and Ashley (Derek) Owen of Fairview, TN; grandchildren, Encara Davis, Kias Davis, Leahness Davis, Ashton Owen, Palmer Owen; brother, Steve (Linda) Kennedy of Fairview, TN; twin sisters, Gay (Randall) Tidwell of Bon Aqua, TN and Kay Kennedy of Nashville, TN.

A private ceremony took place on Sunday, December 23, 2018 with family and close friends.
